SOPHROLOGY
Sophrology is a simple mind and body technique combining controlled breathing, muscles relaxation and positive visualizations.

It can help you deal with stress-management, anxiety, problems sleeping, let go of negativity, master your mindset, increase feelings of well-being, boost creativity, improve self-confidence and self-esteem.

Sophrology is a self-developement practice, a toolkit for everyone's daily life, that can be done anytime, anywhere, alone or in a group. It will never be a subsitute to a medical treatement.

Sophrology takes its name from old Greek and literally means the science of harmonious mind. "Sos" (Harmony), "Phren" (Conscience) , "Logos" (Study / Science). It was created in the 1960s by neuro-psychiatrist Dr Alfonso Caycedo, who inspired himself from Western techniques (Erickson, Coué) as well as from Eastern practices (Zen meditation, Yoga, Buddhism), and other relaxation practices.

It is quite popular in parts of Europe, especially in France and Switzerland.

Sophrologist

I am a French Sophrologist, RNCP Certified from the” Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie” of Paris. After 12 exciting years in Marketing Leadership roles in the UK, and having practiced Sophrology myself during an IVF protocol, I became passionate about Sophrology and decided to bring a bit of wellness to others by becoming myself a sophrologist. I moved to Seattle with my husband and two kids in 2021. Beyond sophrology, I enjoy yoga, swimming, socializing around a nice meal and spending time with my friends and family. I feel happy when I can help people relax, reduce their stress levels, increase their self-confidence, manage their emotions, activate their energy, and reach some form of serenity. I am also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and have followed several personal self-development training courses such as Leadership for Women.

INDIVIDUAL

I offer individual in-person sessions in people's home, in French or in English. After our first session I will build a customized protocol to help you overcome a specific life challenge or improve a specific aspect of your daily life. Each session will provide you with tools to re-use in your daily life. Individual sessions usually last for an hour and will always have a specific intention in line with the overall goal previously defined together. $80 per session

GROUP

I offer sessions for all types of groups of up to 8 participants, in English or in French. Whether you’re interested in a discovery, in regular sessions, or have focused needs. During these sessions, I will usually answer to immediate needs such as "relax", "chase tensions away", "focus into something positive", "activate vitality". I can also answer to a more specific group objective such as "maximize concentration" or "prepare for an exam". Whatever your group’s needs are, I will try to provide you with the best possible solution. $30 per session per participant

CORPORATE

Building upon a 12-year career in the Corporate world, I offer sessions to Corporate clients. I will provide tools to bring wellness and a positive attitude to the teams, help maximize performance, productivity, collaboration, motivation, confidence at work, focus, creativity, adaptability, and stress-management. A common and positive goal for the team will be defined with the sponsor. I will work towards it with the team while preserving confidentiality. I will provide a toolkit with short guided exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere, in a relaxed and positive way.
